World Wildlife Day

World Wildlife Day takes place each year on March 3, this is a day intended to celebrate the animal and plant life that exists on the Earth. On this day and throughout the year we are called to address the heinous crimes that are committed against wildlife.

Beyond their obvious beauty we are called to acknowledge the immense value of wildlife. This includes a wide range of ecological, genetic, social, economic, scientific, educational, cultural and recreational benefits.

Everyone can help combat wildlife crime, including individuals local communities to national governments.
